there's som arroz con pollo, from a client that brought a huge batch of it
and i have a ham and cheese sandwich but i'm gonna save that when i have class at 5, i'll eat it in the car

just finished my period
my cramps are wayyy worse...the make my thighs and back hurt and i get like weird shocks (like if im being stabbed inside)
it's really awful

is the burning feeling kind of at the center/bottom of your rib cage, where the seperate barrels come together (like where you'd put your hands for CPR)? If so then you probably have heartburn, and if you do then I'm really sorry because heartburn is one of the worst pains out there. Try drinking some carbonated beverage. Take some Tums like there's no tomorrow. DON'T EAT MORE FOOD like ice cream or something because it won't help. If you don't have heartburn...I'm sorry your stomach hurts.
