I was about to ask what the fuck you guys were talking about, I heard he slipped on ice. And chances are the didn't simultaneously have a heart attack.

The Atkins diet works pretty well, and after a while you gradually start incorporating more carbs so it isn't like you banish them forever. I personally could never make it a lifestyle choice because I'd take a bowl of lucky charms over a big juicy steak, but that's just me.

Hey, I was just putting the carb haters in their place. I don't know if he smacked his head on the ground and went into a coma while eating a bowl of Lucky Charms or had a heart attack and a blood clot at the same time or fell out of a window or shot himself with a stapler gun. I'm just sayin'.
