On the one hand, it is logically hard to find real sympathy for someone you only know from the internet and have never met face-to-face.

On the other hand, if a situation ever deserved our sympathy, it'd be this one. I just love it when, for example, Mayfuck tells us we're looking down our moral noses because he didn't openly sympathize with Stef (st least immediately), yet he feels perfectly comfortable looking down his nose at us and more or less telling us we're not cynical enough.

I don't sympathize for Stef's father, because I despise suicide. I, however, symapthize with Stef, because of how it's is going to affect her.

That's real symapthy, by the way, so fuck off.

I hate when people say they just do shit to get a response out of people. Are you that childish? I remember in grade school the teacher used to tell us not to laugh when Danny made fart noises because he was only trying to get us to laugh and we were only making it worse.

A lot of people on this board are complete assholes most of the time, myself *******d, but we realize where the lines are. A lot of other people, like Julio, can't.

Anything that we say to him is largely irrelevant, because he is not concerned with us or the issues raised in this post, but rather the principles that he is trying to live by and determine his identity by. He's not a bad person, simply a mistreated person that at some point has to decide to let go of all of the negativity that has been impressed upon him - and that we impress upon him in order to give less weight to his expressions (not opinions) so that we are able to maintain our perceptions of what is and isn't proper.
