I can understand why someone would post about it. You feel helpless, you feel shocked and you feel numbed. You gotta tell *somebody* instead of sitting around and feeling useless and you can't bring yourself to actually tell a family member or friends. Therefore the outlet is the internet. Like how people are using the internet as an outlet for thier own hostility and bitterness.

you mind isn't working right, and you have to get it out there somehow. it makes it easier to tell "real" people in a bit.

Its a terrible thing to happen, but I think for once in a lifetime (fucking shock) everyone should just knock off the standard netphorian cynicism. it isn't that hard, really.
