Netphoria, 2018: it's pretty safe to say we're all old, fat, ugly, depressed and the mental health issues have certainly not got better over the years.

How is your body failing you? In this thread, your pain and suffering will provide entertainment for others.

I'll start: I'm getting more than a little grey, especially on the back of my head, my memory is absolutely fucked, I like a drink or two, I need a rest quickly and my memory is absolutely fucked. I need lots of sleep but I go out of my way to get as little sleep as possible; thereby further declining my health.

I look pretty good still.

How about you, even lesser humans?

talking about terrible memory: I need glasses now to read small text, plus my hearing gets worse and worse. playing in bands for ages probably hasn't helped that.

i have lots of grey hair. also starting to notice lines across my face. and my tibia is going to pieces. i'll be hobbling around on a knee replacement with a cane after 40.

Every morning a different part of my body decides to give me pain for the rest of the day.
Some days it's lower back, others my neck, one of my shoulders... it sucks

I haven't checked for a while but I'm probably not much over 60kg

I'm about 6 feet tall

I've been underweight for pretty much my whole life

my right foot i believe has tendonitis, which requires rest but i can't rest because i have to work. so it's fine-ish at the beginning of the day but by the time i get off of work it's swollen and i have to hobble around grabbing things because i can barely walk on it

also i put together a cat tree the other day and just using an allen wrench for a few minutes was giving me pain in my hands. pretty sure imma have arthritis within 10 years. if i had to do movements like that for more than a few minutes i'd need some pain relievers for sure

i have some grey hair but not an overwhelming amount

well my sciatica hurts more often than it used to

my hair's decade-and-a-half-long trip of recession has continued at an almost imperceptible, though I fear steady pace

many years of only sleeping 4-5 hours a night have prematurely given me dark circles under my eyes that will probably never go away

I don't have many wrinkles yet, but when I laugh or smile they all explode out of my face like the feet of a hundred crows

I have started getting what I think are migraine headaches

But yeah, more and more aspects of my appearance depend on gym attendance.
I've got "expression lines" on my forehead.
My joints hurt randomly and I have shit posture.
I'm always tired although I can't sleep a full night. My dark circles have been with me for so long that I don't even bother concealing them anymore.
The tiny bit of eczema below my eyebrow doesn't want to go and it's also causing flakes of skin to appear all over my hair.
I can't handle pizza without falling asleep immediately afterwards and I get a hangover from one glass of wine.

I swear I'm under 60.
