Pretty good. I still drink a 6-pack once or twice a week, but that's it. I used to drink like every day and thought that it was alright cause I'd only be buzzed or slightly drunk or whatever. I've started exercising and going on jogs. I'm pretty out of shape at the moment, and it's felt really good to physically exert myself again.

Maybe you should check out their earlier stuff. They're an anarcho-punk band, but afaik they put out a catchy dance-pop album for the fun of it, and it happened to be a hit.
