dude it was one little joke, I even followed up by clarifying... That little quip came at a time when an emoticon that featured a certain gay-slur was commonly used around this neck of the woods... So this demonizing of me is really unfair and cruel.

If that's what she classifies as spewing against gay people.... Then well, she needs to gain a little perspective.

Some of my best friends are gay, and this was during the time when Eminem was the icon to almost all the kids in my high school, so you could believe the kind of abuse any gay kids would get... But I never understood why it mattered to people. I've always championed gay rights, and to see my good name slathered with homophobic accusations makes me sick.

The social progress that we've made for this particular issue is one of the nicest ones to see... So "spewing against gay people"... Sorry guys, that's just not me... Must have the wrong fella or something.
