Have we ever discussed the interstellar turd known as Oumuamua?

Apparently "scientists led by Stephen Hawking are using high-tech scanners" to determine whether it might actually be an alien probe. "Dr. Jason Wright from Penn State University suggests that a broken alien spacecraft would move in exactly the same way as the interstellar comet," leaving me to conclude that death is cresting the horizon for us all.

I wonder if the largest planet physically possible could support a being capable of pumping out logans of that calibre.
