She had no more blossomy openings dusting pollen over her man, neither any glistening young fruit where the petals used to be."

Lots of references in the book to fruit, I notice. And musing on race and sex that are relevant today.

it's kind of a bummer. I've to spend more time studying since it's just one year and I'm out of high school.

shit is VERY competitive here in India.

Been going through books at a rapid rate lately.

Most recently I finished Belinda Carlisles autobiography (lead singer of The Go-Go's)... Goddamn, that was actually a good read. All sorts of 80's debauchery detailed. She had such an innocent, girl next door persona yet she was actually just blitzed outta her mind on blow all of the time.

She sure was cute as a button.
