anyway, i think someone wanted to see some hot dogs and mac. if you search netphoria, you can find some instagram posts that shallowed copy/pasted here of what you seek. plus a whole lot more from poorly attended "noise shows". that's to be expected though. my friend evita was into "noise shows" and she always said no one goes.

You should get a new therapist

The only two therapists that have actually helped me I meet with through the rehab place. Every other therapist kinda treated me like a little flower cause I had depression. They took more of a 'fuck you' approach to helping which actually helped

same here. mine is real laid back and she always waits for me to say the first word in our appointments. i'm used to it after 8 years, but i still fumble sometimes opening the conversation. i think i started today with, "tim's sister is staying with us."

she wasn't silent when i came in or anything. she asked me if i needed tea or water and commented on how long the cold weather makes settling in take longer, etc. but once she sits on the couch across from me (i'm in a chair) she just waits...
