Same. That definitely doesn't mean I like/agree with almost anything they ever said, but it's a bit of an echo chamber in here now. Plus, some of the most well thought-out monologues come from disagreement. And technically people bullying the bullies are still bullies, even if it makes things more peaceful. it depends, but mostly no because she had targets whereas trots just blew up. there was some really awful shit flung in my direction by y.sem for years. but equally she's said some of the most encouraging shit. it seems she is more specific with who she hates, or what behaviors/ways people board. but i don't want to stir the pot more, because she's correct a lot and i feel like she's helped me out emotionally even though i've never told her directly because of previous hostility. even when she was purposefully rude, she is far, far less explosive than trots. that kinda makes it sting more. when trots was having a bad day, no one was safe, so it was easier not to take it personally. yo soy is consistent, either in her meanness or chillness. trots was more entertaining, but i felt like he wasn't in control of that, so it's probably not good to glamorize it.

tangent there, but i've only talked to trots off-board and not y.sem, and know neither of them irl, so these are just general impressions. yikes, why am i pushing all the buttons???
