Here's a secret: Oatmeal can be BOMB.

When I was in straight Sinsemillian mode back in the Walla Wallaean Vale, I would boil up some mean oatmeal in milk (Vitamin D, nothing else, foolfs!). Then I'd throw any combination of banana, dried figs, dried cranberries, dried cherries, peanut butter, honey, nutella, and so on.

Then I'd eat the whole fucking pot in one sitting. Three to four hours later, after three to four mugs of black coffee, the ensuing rectal expulsion was terrific!

1. Toast them oats in some butter before you boil em

2. Add the banana while it's cooking for a real nice time
