thanks reprise. things were better for a few days and then worse again

I had my first therapy appointment in 3 weeks on Thursday. I told him I was having a pretty bad time and there were a lot of things I needed to start explaining which I had been avoidant about previously. He said this was totally normal and I explained in a basic sense that all these relationships had been going on at the same time, that I had lied about my friend who I'm going crazy over... I gushed about a lot of stuff but we barely even scratched the surface or touched on any details in that hour. I want to tell him about the specifics with my friend, but I also think I need to go back to the beginning and start with open relationship girl. Much like the problem I keep being foiled by in the novella I was trying to write, it's very hard for me to figure out how to explain all of this in a way that is going to make sense to another person.
