Any person stories about dogs dealing with newborns? - Page 2

there was this stray my sister named Fluffy (wasn't actually very fluffy) who was a feral cat with a completely non-functional eye, it looked like a gray marble. when i moved back there at 19 it was totally feral except they would leave the garage open a little and it would go in there when it rained. by the time i moved out he was coming int he house and chilling on the couches and stuff. like being rubbed etc. never got to the point where he was 'comfortable' like rolling around, exposing his belly, or anything like that. but chilled in the house on the couches, was friendly, etc

my cat will meow to get my attention, she also has an excited meow like when i come home from work and she wants to cuddle on the bed. she has an annoyed meow that i've only heard a couple times. and she has a freaking out meow whenever i take her in the car

ours has a WHERE THE F EVERYBODY WAKE UP ITS 3 AM TIME TO DO STUF WITH ME, but she's disabled its not her fault

Fig and Nougat somehow know it's Mike (and I assume myself but I have not observed this, though they've greeted me at the door) are coming up the stairs of the apartment building and run to the door well before the person actually arrives. I don't know how they know it's Mike.
