Default A question for the girls (no boys allowed!)

This question has TWO parts. You may answer EITHER Part A or Part B. You have 10 MINUTES to answer this question.

Part A
If you use tampons, when you get to the end of your period, do you find inserting and removing them a bit uncomfortable because your menstrual flow has slowed to that thick brown clotted stuff, and the tampon has wicked all of the moisture out of your vaginal walls?

Part B
Can you pee in the outdoors? When you gather your skirt up around your waist and pull your knickers down, and squat close to the ground, can you tidily urinate without getting it all down your legs and on your shoes and clothes, and then stand up and shake off, walking away like it's no big deal? Or are you the type of girl who lacks that kind of control over her bodily functions, and requires a western-style toilet at all times?

A. I don't use tampons, switched to menstrual cups a while ago and I find it a much better option for me.

B. I can pee on the outdoors, but I'll avoid it if I don't absolutely HAVE to.

Part A
I haven't used tampons in years. I used to over pads, but many years ago I switched to a cup (which are amazing btw) and now I use a birth control that leaves me without a period. Anyway, what you are describing is dangerous. At that point, the tampon is drying up the vagina and making one more likely to develop tss. I do not reccomend. This is also why I recommend the cup- it is not a wick, but an inert container that collects blood.

Part B
I can and have peed out in the open without pissing on myself (squatting and sometimes just taking the pants off) but I do miss tp in those times because I like to pull everything up with my parts feeling dry. But it's not a big deal if times are desperate

I loved my menstrual cup but unfortunately my periods were too heavy and long for them to be practical at some point. but recently they are back to normal-ish so i may get one again.

You really don't wanna read this stuff. If you're not repulsed by the totally normal human body, then congrats but it's still a kinda dry subject

I'm actually very squeamish about bodily functions and probably don't have the healthiest attitudes toward such things that are a normal part of life, but I'm not really grossed out by the thought of menstruation. Even urination isn't the grossest thing I can think of, so long as it's not, like, vile GG Allin antics or something. Somebody just saying "I peed in the forest" isn't likely to elicit a negative reaction in me.

I can't handle anything that has to do with solid excretion, though. I kind of shudder before I even utter any of the words related to it. Also, vomit. Also, my eyes start to water whenever I notice somebody's nose running and I always carry tissues with me and kind of compulsively wipe my nose when I'm not quite sure that anything is there but just want to stay on the safe side.

I've been contemplating switching to handkerchiefs because tissue paper seems wasteful, but I dunno, how many good nose-blows a day can I get from a single handkerchief before I can't use it again until I get home and wash it? Like, fold that thing over three or four times and you've exhausted your quota.

Re: menstruation

When I was donating some products to a homeless shelter at a drive at school, they said hygienic products were needed, so I picked up some tampons. The women that were nearby were all smirking, like, "Oh man, is this your first time having to buy tampons? That takes some bravery!" It was only then that I remembered how there's this weird thing some men have about buying tampons and how it seems to be this really weird attitude stigmatizing women's bodies, because toile paper is also a very personal product, but nobody has ever expresses embarrassment about having to buy it. It didn't even occur to me that it was a weird thing for a dude to buy tampons when I was checking them out. Like, what's there to be embarrassed about? It's not like the clerk is going to speculate about my sex or anything. "Is that even really a dude? Why else would he buy these? In all my years of ringing peoples groceries out, I've never encountered anybody buying anything for another person's use. This 'dude' is hiding a vagina."

Perhaps the clerk will think that you suffer from fecal incontinence.

I still feel self conscious when buying a few personal items.
It really is pointless and people shouldn't have to worry about it, but it's my natural response.

Especially if it's at a store/drugstore with a male clerk.

Was the entire point of this thread just trying to go for shock value?

One of the twitter Hoteps, YADA, believes that periods are unnatural. Another Hotep posted this on election day: https://mobile.twitter.com/lordaedon...672836/video/1

Today I have random cramps as usual. They never lead to anything like bleeding now. I still consider the iud worth it for my peace of mind and because I generally feel better with it in my body
