tbh I don't know enough to give an intelligent in-depth answer, trade policy was always super boring to me. I think that systems and structures generally cannot be built from the top down and in politics and economics, it's usually safe to say no one ideology or "rule" is always going to result in the best outcome for the greatest number of people. I also think no one really knows what the long-term effects of sweeping policies will be, and the field of political science is pretty much proof that end results are often surprises to everyone.

I'm no protectionist for sure, but I'm also not a free trade guy. I know a lot of people on the left were very very against TPP and I understand why, but I also understand why Obama supported it. Sometimes just because a deal isn't optimal for you doesn't mean you will achieve something better by walking away, especially if everyone else is signing on leaving you on the outside.

Short answer, I'm not for or against it because of lack of extensive knowledge, but I'm absolutely not a protectionist.

that's hard because usually the only chain places worth going to me are higher level fast food joints like Chipotle or Panera. If you are going to sit down and eat a meal you can usually go to non-chain place of similar cuisine for the same cost. I don't know if it's national, but there is a kebab chain around here called Moby Dick's which is pretty good.

nah I don't grow much chest hair and pits have never been a problem.

It had been like a fuckin year actually, and then the other week I fixed that shit, and life is definitely better with trimmed pubes. My parents didn't even want to do it because we are secular, but they are weak-minded enough to be bothered that it really upset the rest of my family.
