sucking on a cigarette can pop your blood clot after getting a tooth pulled. this is a fact. it's not a 100% guarantee (especially if you keep the gauze packed in) but it can happen.

i smoked too but just kept wet gauze packed in tight. you have to remember most people aren't very smart.

On saturday it will be four weeks without cigarettes. Never felt any real urge to smoke. So easy.

When I quit weed for nine days I had that breakdown online and ended up apologizing to everyone and wailing at the moon like a demon lover.

I'm not ignoring anything, I'd consider for myself that I was addicted to both weed and cigs. But if I had to pick one as a habit and one as an addiction, ultimately I was more addicted to weed psychologically by far, obviously not physically. I smoked cigs for about 5 years and weed for about 6 or 7, so not as long as you. I smoked anywhere from 1/2 to 1 1/2 packs a day, probably average about 3/4 of a pack. I smoked weed constantly, if I had it I could smoke 2 grams a day easily. But if I didn't smoke at least 2x a day I felt terribly depressed and also my body hurt and I was bored and completely unproductive. But when I quit each I just quit basically cold turkey. I can't really do substances well as you can see.

I was addicted to opiates also, for about 2 years solid and then small periods of weeks-months on and off. I was on suboxone maintenance for about 6 months and weaned myself off eventually. But give me a bottle of em and I'd be back to taking them every day within a week. Weed, no. I know I'd get anxious. Somehow my brain won't let me get anxious but if the bad effects take a little while then I guess have at it. Stupid brain is stupid.

you should have tried crying and having a cold shower with your clothes on. It's what I do every five minutes and also smoking in the shower is really hard.

yes, it's being alive without weed for me. except the unproductive part is intellectually productive but otherwise not. like i can do my schoolwork most of the time but not clean the floor or go buy paper towels or take the shit out of my car
