for example i used to love team america, but when you think about the famous dicks, assholes & pussies speech amounts to "america should continue to bomb countries in the ground because someone has to" and what kind of fucking position is that to have after you spent most of the movie just laying waste to the entire concept of the war on terror.

here's my quitting smoking guide

1) nicotine is addictive like heroin, its not your fault
2) it'll peak about day 3 or 4, just push through it. you aren't weak its just biology. i heard a lot of people say "i tried to quit but i got to like day 3 and i couldn't take it i just couldn't do it" nah that's what it feels like, its like the part of trainspotting where he's tied to the bed and there's a baby crawling on the ceiling. its bad. its really not because you're weak, its because you were ingesting a very addictive drug and you are crashing your system in order to get rid of it.
3) you may start hacking a few days after that, lozenges help.
4) you will be short tempered, moreso than usual. i don't usually flip out in the car but i'd like rage at people not using turn signals to change lanes. it doesn't even bother me
5) take fake smoke breaks with toothpicks or straws, do the whole routine, pretend to smoke, walk around, take deep breaths, the whole nine. just take that fake break, it really honestly worked for me
6) after you stop hacking every day is easier but you'll still think about having one sometimes, or maybe you won't. I mean I like smoking, it was fun, and i liked the taste of good cigarettes like American Spirits. But it's expensive, not really that fun a drug, and also ultimately it usually causes cancer and i already probably will get heart disease, diabetes, and cancer all at once considering my fams
7) there's no such thing as weening, just stop cold turkey. why buy nicotine replacement stuff like gum it costs exactly the same as cigarettes, isn't as fun, and basically you're still addicted to drugs

Nope. I've gone weeks even months with no problems. My friends who are hooked... an hour without and they've got massive head aches anxiety irritabilty etc etc.

there's a small percentage of smokers with no physiological dependancies. google it: truth.

She's full and rose about 20 minutes before sunset in a cerulean sky, all ablaze in a radiant golden corona. i was smoking resin and listening to kapilas theme and at the part where al says 'accede to ground under blue stone moon' I raised my arms to the Empyrean Vault and intoned "Astarte!!"

Every March I go to Northern Wisconsin. We rent a cabin in a small town for the weekend. It's aways a different cabin somewhere nearby. And no matter where we stay, sometimes 10-15 miles away from the last place, I find that I am IP banned when i try to visit Netpho.
