I got two replies back 'round midnight. They're both no lease. One is 120/wk and the other is 500/mo. Both in nearly-ideal locations near the bus line. I'm gonna head out tomorrow morning and look at the latter one. It's only one dude and it's more conveniently located, and in the hipper part of town.
