horse meat tastes pretty much like beef. its perfectly tasty. Its like somewhere between venison and beef. As for quantity of meat, i suppose if they make them fat for human consumption its really not that bad. it's mainly a cultural thing. here its readily available in grocery stores. In quebec i mean, it's not in the rest of canada, i suppose cause french heritage. I'm not quite sure why anglo cultures have a problem with it.
