and the irony in that is it takes a massive sense of racial and class entitlement to concoct such a thing. The narrative of the absent black father is a MYTH.



also incredibly convenient since it utterly discounts the heavy hand of racism in every aspect of american culture. Where government policy has impacted African Americans it typically has been to reinforce racism. Such as segregated schools, housing, etc.

The census data only addresses whether they live there. It says nothing about the relationship and involvement they have with their kids.

Which is exactly what the CDC report addresses.

Its possible that someone be divorced or not married and still have a positive influence on the life of their children.

People were motivated by many reasons, a weak Labour leadership one of them. Ideologically England is more the right than the rest of the UK, and this would have played out the same way given the awful first past the post system we have, or if we had proportional representation.
