right now my "sunday" breakfast is lemon poppy seed pancakes (it's a mix), side of bacon, 2 eggs scrambled and a grapefruit. those pancakes are so good syrup kind of ruins them, you're supposed to put a glaze on them but that's just fatty fat fat

in the past it's been migas which is a tex mex dish: primarily scrambled eggs with tortilla strips but every kind is a little different. I liked to put tomato and red bell pepper in them. I like to have refried beans and potatoes (papas y frijoles) on the side.
