One shouldnt even have to make the precision. Only europeans make a distinction.

You need balls, too. I do wish they'd build more tennis courts in the UK. Perhaps it's because of our shit weather.

We do have a lot of people playing badminton in the UK. Does that even get played in the US?

Skating around on ice is so goofy. What a silly sport.

Take it back.

Hipsters who love soccer but can't appreciate hockey are so bewildering to me. Just looking for an excuse to go to a "European" pub at odd hours.

If you called a football fan a "hipster" in the UK you'd get a stiff kick-in.

I played badminton in gym class. It was frequent then. And i like it too. I mean its like easy tennis. You can take two people who are kinda rubbish at it an still have fun. I mean i know there's pros at it but what i'm saying is it's very easy to pick up and play. you can still play it even if you don't have any technique. I kinda wish it was more popular. It's one sport i could see myself casually playing.

I played soccer at a fairly competitive level and I follow college football rabidly. That statement is insane.

I'm not making a value judgment. I love soccer. But yeah, no. It is at its heart very basic. Which is why it's universally loved.

I wanna start playing raquetball. Like tennis without having to run after the ball. And without people being able to watch you.

Tennis is wonderful but I'm probably really rusty.

I don't know anything about a game I played for 15 years nonstop. Trots knows because he turned on fox sports 1 a couple times.

How can ice hockey and football be the same game? One uses a ball, the other uses a puck. One is on grass and the other ice. One has 11 players in a team and the other has 6. I'm bored now but you get the idea.

Well yes but pretty far down. My ancestors left france in the 1600's....

I mean your ancestors are likely not native from the UK if you go back far enough you know...at one point it stops counting.

you made the claim that a sport played on an ice rink with five people on skates is the same as eleven men on a gigantic pitch. read about formations, yoy can play a sport and not grasp its tactics

I don't need to read about formations. Thanks for the suggestion though.

What the shit

Hockey is just a faster paced miniaturized version of the same game.
