And in hockey i mean...if you don't put that stuff on you'll pretty much die in a minute because of the added velocity from skates and the ice and the hard puck going at 100 miles an hour right into your face. One could just as easily say a rugby player would not last 10 minutes on the football field. There's clearly different skill sets required in each sport that don't necessarily translate from one to the other, but they are both violent and physically exerting at least. I'm not really defending football, I don't care for it and I hate the entire culture around it.

I'd be interested to know how many cals tennis players burn compare to other sports. All i know is i tried to play it half-assedly as a teen and goddam if that sport isn't a fucking killer on cardio. Then again i didn't know how to hit the ball properly....probably wasted a lot of energy this way. I know why they have those pained expressions and let out those cries anyway

that already happened, but no, your team will play in Vienna, and since we will lose on the ice - as always - Canadians need to be neutered afterwards.

By "popular" I meant that you have a lot of kiddie clubs, and local games are always sold out by now.
Even I went to see EISHOCKEY games, although I'm more interested to do sports than to watch other people play. But still, ice arena rules.
