It's a chemical thing that's different than lust or friendship.

Plenty of other animals have it too. Evolutionarily speaking it makes sense that mates would become attached in order keep the offspring protected

But instead of complaining about anyone who does want to maybe have sex quickly why don't you focus on the fact that everyone is different and there is no one right way to have a sex life. Yeesh. because youve done it to me several times because i feel our age group emphasizes casual sex and shames people who dont. i personally dont understand why sex with a stranger youll never see again is appealing and why its somehow always a character flaw that they dont want to see you again. you went as far as fucking but the next day its because youre creepy or a "milady"?

this i don't get. even when i was an alcohol crazed party girl aka drank all the time i never wanted to f on the first date. i only went on dates with guys i considered respectable and tiny little sweet things always made me like them more.

my good friend farris asked me out and he came over on his bike and we were to ride together to eat and get coffee and then drink later. he arrived early so we hung out while i finished cleaning my pad. i cut my finger somehow pretty badly and he ran to walgreens to buy me a first aid kit.

i found that sort of romantic. romance is caring, i think.
