If the NFL had any actual integrity it would have suspended Brady from the Super Bowl.

He'll probably have it reduced to 2 games, hopefully he doesn't though and has to serve the full 4 games. Either way he is going to come back in full on fuck you mode and probably make it to a 7th Super Bowl.

All this drama is making me like tackleball less and less. Deflategate, concussions, domestic abuse, the Lions always sucking (watch them fall back to Earth next season)...paying attention to the NFL is feeling more like a chore than something I do for enjoyment lately. I barely paid any attention to the draft this year, and I usually am all over that shit.

Not big on basketball, but at least that sport seems to have a shred of integrity.

Same. It's probably the thing I like watching more than anything. Any TV show, any movie, anything. Action, no script, I can almost see Heinz Field from my apartment, heroes, villains, rivalries, smack talk, statistics, tactics... Fuck.

I think the NBA handles itself as an organization far FAR better in many respects tbh. But goddamn I can't watch basketball. No interest whatsoever. Like I'd watch Duquesne play George Washington because my sister went to one and I went to the other, and it was convenient to just use my student parking pass for the Palumbo Center. But other than that, zero fucks given.

its hockey or basketball ultimately, you cant really do both unless you are casual fan. you can understand why the nba never bothers with pittsburgh as a location for a franchise.
