I would cope fine because i don't take drugs prescribed or illegal.

I would wait until everyone starts entering withdrawal and then take charge since no one would be in any state to fight me. Then i'd reveal i brought with me the whole stash of several months worth fluoxetine i've been hoarding for a year and the codeine and pseudoephedrine i have in my pharmacy for no good reason (clearly these are lacking drugs but in the state everybody would be in, it would be deemed better than nothing).

I would then put everyone into a pit and fight to the death for the right to the drugs. If they refused i would tell them only i know the location of the drugs and they have no other way to get to them. Everybody would agree this is the only logical solution and besides, no one would want to have to share the limited stash of drugs anyway. Then i would kill off the remaining exhausted winner. Except if its a woman in which case i would ask her if she is willing to be my mate since we have proved ourselves to be the strongest (if its one of the gay netphorian guys i may be like eh whatever it's not like i've got better options, whadyasay?). I (or we) would then cut everyone up and smoke and cure the meat. This would hopefully help me/us last long enough to get rescued or at least make a good raft.
