I thought it was obvious to everyone right away that Williams was more than just depressed. He had a serious illness that dramatically impacted his state of mind.


Williams was obviously a generous and good person. But IMO he was overrated as both an actor and comedian. I always found his antics in interviews, for example, to scream of mental illness. And I never liked his stand up routine. Maybe it would be different if I was much younger and I only remembered him as an actor in family friendly movies where he played a caricature, or worse, made a fool of himself in drag.

Well he CLEARLY needed constant attention. It's like he felt he had to be funny at all times. Possibly it wasn't so much an ego thing as perhaps a self esteem thing? I don't know...who knows. Truth is he annoyed me greatly before he died, but when he killed himself then i couldn't help but feel sorry for him and i started looking at him an his antics in a new light,

But I mean nobody is gonna deny his movie career is mostly shit. I would highly recomend World's Greatest Dad though. I saw it after his death and he shoud dhave done more movies like this. The poster makes it look like yet one lame Williams comedy.... but it's a Bobcat Goldthwait film and well, just see it. It's hard not to like.

Do squats and lunges while watching TV, it's a really efficient way to exercise, and you'll get tired, helps the brain chemistry adjust. Not that this will cure you but give it a shot

I was thinking actually of trying volunteering (while watching tv)


But yeah i quit exercising for feb and its obviously i believe why i'm so mentally affected right now. I have no more excuse now too, it hasn't even been that cold out (long fast walk is still my favorite way to exercize). I will resume tomorrow i think.
