i've been hooked on these swole cuts of fresh salmon i've been getting. 3/4 to full pound cuts for like 4-5 bucks. super fresh skin-on.

add yellow squash, baby carrots. goodbye cruel world.

this is going to sound really cocky and generally patronizing/condescending, but i've been eating nothing but fresh fish and fresh produce for the past few months and i must say that now whenever i put anything into my body thats heavily manufactured as a main source of fuel i feel like total garbage and i notice it tastes like total garbage. like even simple microwavable things that i used to think were okay. it's like bad d rugs i just feel like shit afterwards.

frisch's super big boy combo is still okay though lets get that straight though i don't care for the fries

if i could get a lb of fresh salmon for 5 bucks i'd eat it 3-4 times a week

i mean at aldi i get like 2lbs for 7.50 but its not fresh. still tastes good.

at work we sell 'premium' cuts for like 6.99 for 5oz, lol. on sale they are 4.99 each. if i was making sushi i'd go for it though

I'm just a bit sick of eating the same stuff everyday. I mean the stuff i eat to lose weight. I've been slipping though the past two weeks. Like that time i ate the whole pizza. And then the day after i just ate a whole box of crackers for supper. If winter can end i'm sure i'll find it easier.

i feel ya. more of a stew or a chowder than soup. it can get tiring just pulling spoonfuls of liquid with no sustenance up to your face. i do like soup, don't get me wrong, but only if they're hearty.

I haven't eaten fast food or microwavable meals in over 6 months

i don't take any pride in it other than I feel great, and I can taste food a lot better
