I think ultimately people should do whatever they desire as long as it has no negative effects on anyone else. If people wanna change their sex and theres safe therapy in order to do that, then it's great in my mind.

Where it gets a little dicey for me is when children decide that its what they wanna do. It's an incredibly large decision to make.

Neurology is still a very young science, and all of the things you cite are concerns with most sciences. However, there are measurable differences in men's and women's brains, whether this is nature vs nature or biological or hormonal, designated by regular genetic DNA or some kind of condition in utero, etc, is stuff that can be debated for sure. It is likely that a large portion of gender identity is biological, based on what we do know. However, whatever causes these brain differences does in fact exist, and transgender people do sometimes have brains that more resemble the gender they identify as. These are measurable, so to say these are influenced heavily by biases is something I do not believe. 1 + 1 = 2, 1 inch is different from 2 inches, 10ml is different from 100ml, etc. Measurements are unbiased.

I'm not even sure it's biological in my case but I don't think it matters
I've gotten shouted down by other trans people for saying it though which is cute

edit: it also was absolutely not a choice, I just look at certain things in my life as potentially causing me to be this way dating back to childhood and it would have just been nice if I could have discussed it with other people like me instead of being yelled at for potentially hurting their "born this way" narrative, but everyone needs to be part of a gang.
