When i worked at Disney in 2000 she walked past me one day. She was covered head to toe in giant bruises.

Now I give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were from dance rehearsals. What I don't get is why she was wearing short shorts and a cut off top giving us all a view of the giant ugly bruises.

This was right before she went off the deepend with piercings and the Dirty stuff and suddenly has an accent to remind everyone she wasn't white.

That video came out in 1999. I was ten years old. That video was purposely made to confuse my dormant, prepubescent junk. The exact same way that One Direction videos are made to do the same thing to pre-teen girls. If anyone or anything is gross it's major record labels.

The fact that you all think that Taylor Swift and Christina Aguilera are different to Susan Boyle is upsetting.

Nope not a kiwi.

I worked at Animal Kingdom for about a year and half when I first came to Florida.

I loved my job, still the best job I ever had but had to quit because my managers where total fucking idiots.

I had 7 managers 4-5 on duty at any one time.

There were times when I would literally be standing between two of them as they both yelled at me for total opposite things. One would be screaming at me that I wasn't at my desk answering my phone, the other would be screaming at me that I wasn't outside checking on things.

I'm not exaggerating, literally physically between the two of them with both of them screaming mad that I was not physically in two separate places at once.

Usually it was they went to community college and took some business classes. They were always the dumbest of us but as soon as they got that piece of paper they were managers.

I would sit in the office and laugh at them as they attempted to make every stupid thing they did sound important with manager speak. Like one day one of them was talking about needing to learn something in excel and she said the other manager "You need to download with me on that."

At certain point the company cracked down on them on missing inventory so to make it look like they were doing something they put all these new procedures in place, like if we opened a box we had to rip the flaps off it.

Or they would drag some rack out of the other departments trash and say we need to a hand something off of it to make it easier to count, actually no I can do the inventory fine without hanging it on that piece of shit, all you did was make an extra step.

So when they were pissed they would drag me in there and give me shit about every tiny little thing that was not right.

That was what caused me to quit, it was about two weeks after the story I told about them yelling at me.

One night we were missing a sleeve of fucking cups I have no clue why the inventory was off. She spent two hours dragging me through the warehouse talking to me like a child, and I'm just standing there I have no clue what happened but those cups are not here and I already went to every location that sells them and they are not there, so you can keep ranting but they are not here and it's not my fault. There was one other employee still there with me and I turned to her and whispered "yeah I won't be back tomorrow."

Oh and let me add about three months before this, she was working as a cashier in the Animal Kingdom McDonalds.

It was all about showing that you were doing something, not about showing you were effective.

Christina was my favorite pop singer. I even had a geocities website dedicated to her music. I think she's still very pretty and is aging well. Don't really listen to her music anymore, but she's an undeniable talent who makes poor career choices.

On the topic, I voted stalking obviously. But idk, Sting might have said all that as damage control. Kinda how irl people do stalk others and don't realize it's creepy until reprimanded. I know nothing about The Police though. Also, I'd like to say that "I'll be watching you" never sounds stalker-ish to me because I was raised believing that God was watching me, and that meant protection/love.

No it's clearly and pretty much unmistakably about stalking, just people are dumb and conditioned to hear romance in every song about relationships.

Every move you make
Every vow you break
Every smile you fake
Every claim you stake
I'll be watching you.

That's clearly not about a healthy loving relationship.

And yet i thought it was such a great song when i was 15 and didn't have the emotional maturity to understand it...

That was around the time i spent like a whole year obsessed with this girl and sent her anonymous letters and PETTY MUCH spent the whole bus ride to school watching her. It's a miracle i haven't killed someone in my life. I could have tuned out so much worse...

Little known fact:

The song Somebodys Watching Me is about a man finding comfort in gods love.

Oh, I agree. My point is that Sting wasn't necessarily aware of it being about stalking while writing it. I think the arrangement of the song tries to romanticize these feelings/actions, which is why so many people see it as a love song? Idk.

Uhhh... Swift and Aguilera are both gorgeous in-shape pop-stars While Boyles a classical singer who's morbidly obese.

How the hell can you not see the difference here?
