she's pretty hot at least we'll be looked back on as "not too hard on the eyes" if our beloved pop singers are the sole point of reference

and god help me, that is all that matters

i mean think if katy perry looked more like ayn rand she'd be an indie pop sensation

if taylor swiff resembled willem dafoe she'd struggle to get gigs

LIES

You just don't know her like I do. Her star quality would shine through just like Susan Boyle or Christina Aguilera.

I kind of feel like most people would think of something like Girls Just Wanna Have Fun when they think of the sound of the 80's

Red face

That's the last time she looked any good. After that she started putting too much slap on

I remember feeling quite conflicted because typically i dont' find blonde pop stars (or pop stars in general) attractive but on a physical level I was pretty hot for her circa that time.

Which is a great fucking song. I wouldn't even really mind if that's what people think i mean this song and the record it's on are great and are in fact on my ipod.

an yeah if i had to name essential 80s songs, like the ones that immediately take me back to childhood, this tops the list. And maybe Take on me and a handful of others like modern love.

-yeah and i was like 20....

Also actually did not remember she was a teenager then, or realise. Not really have been keeping up to date with the ages of pop stars. I know britney was. I suppose they were about the same age?

Ok well i just did some fact checking, Xtina was 19 then. And i was 20. Soooo...

Despite the fact that by definition teenager refers to anything up to 20, she wasn't an adolescent. She was an adult. Stop trying to vilify any man that looks at a girl under 25.

The thing i feel bad about was that i ever fancied a pop princess wearing belly revealing shirts. That i am ashamed of.
