My boyfriend gets a kick out of it, but we usually have drastically different tastes in television unless it's a space documentary so i haven't played it yet

there's a new 'true crime' show that is on netflix that is literally sticking a killer in the room and letting him relieve his entire murder spree with cuts of some pretentious psychiatrist saying the most cliche things about "psychopathy" and how the killer "isn't taking responsibility for his/her actions" and shit like that.

at least something like forensic files is highlighting forensic science and forensic psychology. this is literally letting psychopaths self-aggrandize on television for our entertainment without any kind of educational value or interest in the actual humans that were murdered. even i can see how fucking terrible that is.

i'm weirdly interested in the killer's psyche, though. it's almost entertainment for me whether it's educational or not. the thought process, not the actual murders or violence

Meh, I used to be, but most killers are all the same. Letting them talk for hours for a show about how they killed people for fun is pretty fucked up.

Some killers with strange motives or for example that killed their parents who were abusing them etc are one thing. There is an actual story there.

YES! Forgot about that one. I watch that religiously. Also the Canadian version: Dragons Den.

Kevin O'Learys hilarious. I've read a couple of his books- also really entertaining.

Seriously. I am very serious. Watch it.
Lol seriously? I fail to understand why you like the show so much. It's just a bunch of flamboyant guys cross dressing and doing little skits. It's gotta be the bottom of the barrel of shit reality TV.

There was this MTV reality show called are you the one. It was pretty lame but the women on it were absolutely smoking. Made watching it worthwhile every now and again.

Sigh.

No it is not guys "cross dressing." You not liking it vindicates my enjoyment of it.

Ru Paul's Drag Race is fantastic. It got a lot better as the seasons went on and the last season was the best. (The final three I thought were all equal.)

Only thing, don't be fooled by Rupaul. He's is an absolute cunt in real life.

Also, I've heard that The Osbournes is coming back for a special and this makes me very, very happy...

What's wrong with RuPaul? He seems splendid. I've listened to a few of his podcasts.

Saw Bianca Del Rio roast some random people at a bar and it was phenomenal. Going to the drag race tour in a couple weeks. Very excited.

I was so skeptical when my bf introduced me to it. But I was hooked after two episodes of season 3.

Also Courtney Act is a clear rung below Bianca and Adore imo

I always seem to enjoy the Puerto Rican queens for some reason? As far as the "look" goes I think Yara Sofia was the best ever and Lineysha Sparx and April Carrion went home way too soon. Language barrier probably to blame.

Where is pale princess so I have someone to nerd out with here

Mainly from his conduct when he came down to the 2012 aussie Mardi Gras. I was there and saw him perform and he was an absolute fucking diva. He cracked the shits over something to do with his dancers and instead of making amends for the night (and taking whatever gripe he had with the organizers afterwards like a professional) he intentionally fucked up his performance. His lipsinching was intentionally atrocious, he barely moved, was cold to the crowd and wouldn't have his back up dancers on the stage with him. (He actually made them dance on their own in between his performances.) and to top it all off he got paid 6 figures to act like a moron.

Bianca is freaking amazing! I fucking hated her in the beginning of the season until she showed how polished and professional she is and the fact that she has a heart of gold under the surley exterior.

I fell in love with courtney thru her stints with Johnny make up and willam on trans fashionable. I adore her but I get what you're saying.

And you don't need pale princess, she's a ho and you've got me now...
