well, I don't hold it. But I was just thinking how long it might take if I was to inhale normally. Probably about 1.5 seconds I'd say... But 5 seconds!?!?

Nowadays I only ever do it while I'm drinking cause I find it takes the anxiety edge off. And when I do it I usually only take like a nice, modest size pipe toke and leave it at that.

I don't count the seconds but I usually exhale when the person next to me is finished inhaling. That's probably about five seconds. I also exhale any smoke but cigarette smoke through my nose..
