Healthier than what, Butt Pope's current diet?

I get that within the realms of veganism, you could eat nothing but sugar and that would be acceptable but that's obviously not what I'm suggesting, just eat fruits and vegetables, it's not that hard.

I'm not trying to herald the benefits of veganism and I'm no dietitian but surely only having fruit and veges in ones kitchen has got to be a better alternative to whatever Butt Pope has in his

I get a huge portion of my calories from sugar these days (both fruit based and candy) and avoid starch and have never felt better
Lost fat and water weight, better mood, better eyebrows, more energy
What I'm saying is who fucking knows

yeah actually moving from typical american garbage diet to vegan is going to cause significant gastro intestinal distress until they normalize the diet

further, he's going to miss his trash diet more when he's eating bean curd

further, he's not going to be a nutritionist out of it so it's gonna be hard to get protein

further, it's practically a religious lifestyle so going from 0 to 100 is a good way to fail

further veganism is fucking retarded

cooking a single meal is ideal.. but i'm assuming everybody is as lazy as i am. if i cooked for every meal i don't think i could ever clean the dishes everytime and my apt would be infested with radroaches.

i grew up on lean pockets so maybe the microwave is more palatable to me

having a balanced diet is better than what buttpope is doing right now, going all the way to vegan land is a ridiculous jump to conclusions and will set him up very nicely for failure

Again I'm not trying to come off like a vegan diet is flawless or anything. Also if motivation is supposed to be a factor then literally any diet will have that setback. It doesn't have to be religious, it's not like you have to swear off wool and leather and attend Greenpeace protests and shit, it's just eating fruit and veges

honestly though the vegan thing was more throwing it out there as a simple rule to follow more than anything, and I've already written more on the subject than I care for

the thing is that vegan being "healthier" is a myth. it's healthier than eating filth sure, but eating shoe leather might be healthier than eating most of your meals at fast food restaraunt

it annoys the shit out of me how people use "vegan" and "gluten free" and "juice cleansing" as shorthand for "healthy living"

so stop it

there's absolutely no proof that veganism is any healthier than a balanced omnivorous diet

Where does fast food, fruit/veges and shoe leather fit on the scale of healthy eating
