great game for a prelim; lead changes, 2 Datsyuk goals plus a Russian goal disallowed (that would have counted with NHL rules). Quick was amazing really, Kane and Pavelski are a great duo and Oshie making 4 of 6 penalty shots is uber leet.

Yup, Friday they'll meet. Canada winning in OT was the worst possible result for the US.

the freestyle skiing was embarassing, top guys falling on their ass because, as per the commentator, the snow was too soft and shitty to stick proper landings. landing "on the pins" would cause a fucking bailout. that's just sad.

it's a fucking embarrassment.

lookin forward to the qatari world cup in '22 though that shit is gonna be great.

i'm guessing the non indoor events will contain extremely shitty performances. read the other day it was warmer in florida than in sochi on that particular morning.
