isn't there too much risk of killing the guy if you use the gun? how are you gonna get paid then?
Better learn to use phone books and break legs first.

There were a couple I bookmarked. I don't remember the names , but I think a big muff or Rocket and one or two others had my attention.

If I had known her business was going downhill, I would've placed an order sooner.

The Rocket is actually just two of her single pedals in one box
Vintage Fuzz Master > Soda Meiser.

unless you're tight for pedalboard space and need these two in this sequence I recommend you just get them as separate 100$ pedals
There's probably 4 of them that are 'big muff' type. probably the Hyperion.
Considering she's offering the Kickstarter folks "devi credit", that means she's still willing to still build pedals. she does direct orders, more profitable for her then when you buy from a store that make em up!

or go to ebay, there's plenty on ebay all the time
http://www.ebay.com/bhp/devi-ever-pedal
there's a rocket right now for 165$ BIN...

If you've ever checked out her Twitter, Devi is constantly asking for money to support whatever flight of fancy she's currently into. A few weeks ago, it was "Donate to support a month of 'Game Dev'" -literally pay her bills for a month so she make pixel art.

interesting to note, the original kick starter was for 20k.
so 20k got spent on the project, but it still didn't get completed.

Once again, thanks for your professional, well established good advice on the matter.
I'm sure there's fuzzy math there.
100$ a pedal X 50 weeks X 50 pedals a week = 250,000$
yet she probably sells to her distributors at 50% (she did get picked up by musicians friend, but got dropped by the end of the year anyways).
or maybe she made 100 pedals a week. with the right organization It's possible for one person to assemble/solder that many working 40hours a week - her pedals aren't that complicated.
But those projections probably also involved a growing staff. It's not uncommon for a small business to project this kind of image - make it till you fake it!

I've seen tax returns of businesses that rake in just over a million... but their costs are TOO DAMN HIGH. Staying afloat is all about dat cash flow.

Ayo lemme spit some bankster knowledge at u kids.

bank that cash, it doesn't all need to flow.

I can't find much info but even articles from october were still championing this and saying how amazing it was going to be.

For those who don't know : it was going to be a digital multi fx pedal that took cartridges to dial up specific effects, which were going to be open source so anybody could start programming effects and selling/giving away the chips or the info on them.

So I wonder what ultimately happened. My guess is that she bit off more than she could chew and then the project petered out (there was no dedicated team working on) so another company (line 6 maybe??) came to her rescue at the very end but ended up with the whole devi ever trademark as part of the contract.
It wasn't a digital multiFX.
It was basically just a backplane

essentially the console would have just had some switching/routing electronics in it an the controls abstracted out
and all the signal processing would be in the cartridges -- you could populate the circuitboard inside the cartridge with whatever.
It's not THAT much different than the old Korg PME modular (expect the korg had the knobs on the "cartridges" - which makes sense because the effects could vary in what values they'd need)

It was "open source" in that the cartidg specs/pinouts would be published.

But there wasn't any DSP or anything for people to program.

That'd have been wayyyy beyond Devi Ever's capabilities.
well, to be honest, this project was too QED
