this is now where i go to keep myself accountable for what i eat. at lunch i had a subway sandwich. it had chicken, spinach, cucumbers, provolone and onion sauce on it.

later i ate the patty of a hamburger and a hotdog without the bun with some boss sauce. then i ate too many popcorn toffe things

But i stopped and instead of finishing popcorn toffee, i ate some frozen peaches and some decaf tea to help my face and allergies.

happy 1000 posts to me. it's about food i shouldn't eat.

Lexapro laced hugs of congratulation to you kelsome. I haven't taken any lexapro for two days, because I forgot. I haven't taken my lamotrigine either. I didn't eat anything at all today and I'm at the gym about to run 5k on the treadmill. Do I go back to following the docto's advice and take 20mg of lexapro and 50mg of lamotrigine? or do I just go for gold and cut myself off cold turkey. Being in controlof my appetite feels so good. . Not feeling bloated and overstuffed with crap food feels so good. . I made my family a curry with pureed spinach in the sauce, and rinsed out the blender with water and drank the spinachy rinse water. It tasted great. I miss miss being in charge of my body.

I looked at my kids in their beds tonight as I left them with their dad, to go to the gym. They were soooo happy. This last year has beenthe happiest of their lives. Today I hardly spoke to them. Unmedicated, I like their company, but I don't want to be anyone's mother. Lexapro is very good at fixing that. I feel so torn and defective.

i don't know what started it but its the best thing ever. i've even been adding a spoonful to a serving of mashed potatoes when i can't get a baker.

also i use a salsa that has been blended almost to a puree, nothing chunky or runny. mostly diced tomatoe, diced onion, and chopped cilantro. then whatever hot or sweet peppers i have on hand.

I made lasagna, steamed asparagus & salad last night because my baby brother came for a visit. And then rhubarb crumble & custard. It was good, heavy but good.
