during the broadcast they had this montage of like otto graham and johnny unitas and marino and elway and aikman and wank wank wank until we got to KAPERNICK AND WILSON and i'm like for real you must be on drugs

Kap's trajectory as a QB in the league is right on par with Steve Young's. Young ran around like a headless chicken his first 2 years with the 49ers as well. Kap doesn't have the touch just yet, but he accounted for 90% of their yards this game so its kinda tough to blame him when they have such a limited running game that he has to be the main rusher on the team.

also, Harbaugh is taking some heat around here for not coaching up his young QB right before the last interception. They had time and time outs but they just went gonzo on that last play and threw Sherman's way. not smart.

and from my 49er view, Russell Wilson is just plain clutch. but it is silly to compare either him or Kap to Unitas and Elway and what-not.

we still like to dogpile on jax as the worst team but i'd like to point out the texans finished 2-14, were coached by wade phillips and lost to jacksonville TWICE

You do realize that Wade Phillips wasn't elevated to interim head coach until well late into the season for the Texans when they were already done and quit on the season.

the two picks last week were bad. sometimes good quarterbacks make bad throws. i'm not saying he's peyton manning. i don't think anyone ever has. but he's good enough. "overrated" is pretty meaningless if you don't define it.
