The reason why China and Russia are saying they will cast their UN vote against military action in Syria is because the last time the U.S. said it was no fly zone, in Libya, we blew the shit out the place and basically executed Ghaddafi and his family.

They have an obligation to stand down from unconstitutional orders. Even the otherwise bloodthirsty Pentagon backed off this strike for christ sakes. To admit publicly they "didn't have enough money for the action, go to congress," was an out and out slap down of Obama. Period.

Ultimately however, if given the orders, they will execute them, else face treason charges.


Pentagon was rumored to have stood down a nuke strike order from Dubya. It involved that "missing" nuke from back then. Obama and Syria... somehow this one kinda went public.
