you don’t know how it felt to be in the womb but it must have been at least a little warmer than this.

you don’t know how intimately they’re recording your every move on closed-circuit cameras until you see your face reflected back at you through through the pulp.

you don’t know how to stop picking at your fingers.

you don’t know how little you’ve been paying attention until you look down at your legs again.

you don’t know how many times you can say you’re coming until they just stop believing you.

you don’t know how orgasmic the act of taking in a lungful of oxygen is until they hold your head under the water.

you don’t know how many vietnamese soft rolls to order.

you don’t know how convinced your parents were that having children would be, absolutely, without question, the correct thing to do.

you don’t know how precious your iphone battery time was until you’re hiding in the bottom of the boat.

you don’t know how to get away from your fucking parents.

you don’t know how it’s possible to feel total compassion in one moment and total disconnection in the next moment.

you don’t know how things could change so incredibly fast.

you don’t know how to make something, but the instructions are on the internet.

you don’t know how to make sense of this massive parade.

you don’t know how to believe anyone anymore.

you don’t know how to tell the girl in the chair next to you that you’ve been peeking at her dissertation draft and there’s a grammatical typo in the actual file name.

you don’t know how to explain yourself.

you don’t want two percent but it’s all they have.

you don’t know how claustrophobic your house is until you can’t leave it.

you don’t know why you let that guy go without shooting him dead and stuffing him in some bushes between cambridge and watertown.

you don’t know where your friends went.

you don’t know how to dance but you give it a shot anyway.

you don’t know how your life managed to move twenty six miles forward and twenty eight miles back.

you don’t know how to pay your debts.

you don’t know how to separate from this partnership to escape and finally breathe.

you don’t know how come people run their goddamn knees into the ground anyway.

you don’t know how to measure the value of the twenty dollar bill clutched in your hurting hand.

you don’t know how you walked into this trap so obliviously.

you don’t know how to adjust the rearview mirror.

you don’t know how to mourn your dead brother.

you don’t know how to drive this car.

you don’t know the way to new york.

you don’t know the way to new york.

you don’t know the way to new york.

you don’t know the way to new york.

we have a really unfunny radio station round here called THE BUZZ and, while they put on some really good free shows and also bring some awesome bands into town, they also think they are funny and super-sh0ck. anyway, they did a response poem culled from tweets and their own unfunny minds. It's kind of funny at the beginning and then gets less funny and less funny.

you don’t what you’re talking about Wilis

oh, I was acting incredulous to the notion they acted alone, ergo, they've likely drugged him James Holmes style to get him to say anything they want.

But come on, sonic -- the FBI isn't this stupid, negligent or incompetent to have all these oversights:

The Older brother chilled in Russia for six months. The FBI had to admit yesterday they missed the trip because they misspelled his name.

FBI missed Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s Russia trip because of misspelling, Sen. Lindsey Graham says

“One of two things happened,” Mr. Graham said. “The FBI either dropped the ball or our system doesn’t allow the FBI to follow this guy in an appropriate fashion.”

I disagree with Sen. Graham, there are several things that could have happened here.

It's one thing if Debka goes off and throws a double-agent theory into the mix. it's the angle I've been most following...

It's another when an ex-FBI agent does so:

This is Sibel Edmonds. She's an Iranian born former translator for the FBI. She founded the national security whistleblowers coalition. She was fired for accusing an associate of covering up intelligence that jeopardized national security before 911. She's the real deal, got brass balls and calls out the disinfo for what it is.

You usually stick to one place when renovating an apartment or not? He was all over the place.

Quote:
Senator Saxby Chambliss of Georgia, the ranking Republican on the Senate intelligence committee, said the briefing raised questions about the flow of information among law enforcement and intelligence agencies.

"I think there has been some stonewalls, and some stovepipes reconstructed, that were probably unintentional, but we've got to review that issue again, and make sure there is the free flow of information," he said. "I can't say the FBI dropped the ball. I don't see anybody yet that dropped the ball," he said. "That may develop." The senators said there was tough questioning during the briefing.

"We had a full discussion back and forth over the process that's followed, and we need to keep at that, and we need to see if there are any loopholes in it, and that we fix those loopholes," said Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein of California, who chairs the committee.

Lawmakers said they were unable to confirm an NBC report that the Tsarnaev brothers had been motivated by the U.S. wars in Afghanistan and Iraq or speculation that they had used fireworks to provide the explosives used in their bombs.

Trying to figure out when he was injured, because there are pics of him getting out of the boat with no blood on him anywhere.

President Obama on Thursday signs several orders, one of which dealt with interrogating terror suspects.

The order requires both U.S. military and paramilitary organizations to use the Army Field Manual as the guide on getting information from prisoners, moving away from the Bush administration tactics that were considered torture by many.

The manual also lays out what is not allowed, including the technique of waterboarding

No no, my tube-waterboarding comment was sarcasm. Although I still have my doubts about the confession. And how they got it (manuals didn't and still don't even prevent soldiers from pissing on corpses.) He nodded? I mean...

I heard about his injuries on BBC, some sort of injury (they didn't specify if gun inflicted) to the throat area, so they reported that he was or is inturbated and unable to speak.

Correction:
by now BBC is more specific about his injury and apparently he was able to speak. Once.

Quote:
On Monday, a 10-page criminal complaint was filed against Dzhokhar Tsarnaev during a court hearing around his hospital bed.

According to a transcript of the hearing, he managed to speak once despite a gunshot wound to his throat sustained during his capture.

Anonymous officials have told US media that 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev said he and his 26-year-old brother had planned the attack themselves without help from foreign militants. The officials say that his written answers lead them to believe the pair were motivated by jihadist ideology and had devised the bombings using the internet.

However, the sources also said the interviews were preliminary and they needed to verify the defendant's responses.

DHS threw the FBI under the bus today saying they knew of the older brothers trip to Russia.

News today also came out the Russians mentioned several times to the FBI about the dangers of the older brother and his visit to the region. btw, he visited the same Chechyan terrorist that is funded by the U.S. state department who in the past have been deemed 'freedom fighters' against the Russians.

I take no pleasure in the FBI having to retract and excuse themselves with implausible scenario's. I'm highly skeptical and rightly so. But the upshot is that there's division in the ranks and division and fighting between agencies, nothing new there of course, except the stakes have been raised to the most extreme levels.
