I still think it was conducted in an unreasonable way. How many were consenting? Why were they forced out of the house with hands behind their heads and patted down as if they were all suspects? I will have to go back and listen again, but I thought I heard someone in the house say "don't be so forceful" . I don't know if that was an officer or one of the residents.

At the same time, we're not seeing really what happened before the "raid". Maybe those civilians threatened the offers? Maybe they though Han Dzholo himself was in there? We just don't know, so we should reserve judgement until we have more information.

It’s not a good idea to take down the pictures. Law enforcement and the FBI will claim they don’t want them out there because people might jump to conclusions or draw the wrong conclusions. That is not true. They don’t want pictures, films, or credible first person accounts because they don’t want anything out there that contradicts the story they want to disseminate.

And what about suspect #1 getting “run over” by his brother? You make no mention of that… Then you say suspect #1 runs towrads the cops and they dont riddle Him with bullets? And dont say they did because there is video of them escorting a man naked into a cop car, and theres also footage of a fully dressed man laying on the ground. After this release, the family of the brothers claimed the fbi had been in contact with their boys for a number of years. Since the family and the boys knew they were both on surveillance, they were surprised the feds would say they did not know they were planning something.

CBS would report that the FBI would initially deny having any prior contact with the suspects. In their report, "CBS News: FBI Interviewed Tamerlan Tsarnaev 2 Years Ago," CBS claimed:

CBS News reports although the FBI initially denied contacting Tsarnaev, the brothers’ mother said they had in an interview with Russia Today.

The FBI was then forced to admit they interviewed the suspects 2 years prior to the bombing.

Really WHAT, TOC? I quoted Reuters saying they were not able to confirm the NBC story, I don't see what point you're trying to make here. That the FBI interviewed the older in 2011 because Russia alarmed them has been in the news for days now.

What I'm interested in is if the younger one - interrogated in hospital - was tube-waterboarded to nod a confession.
