I drink two cups of coffee (coffee shop mocha coconut) every morning with various type of creamers (this week it's hazelnut). I typically drink 5-7 cups of hot tea throughout the day. Chai at work and sleepytime herbal at home. No cream with the tea, but I like it just as well with cream. I think I prefer tea to coffee but I can't get out of the habit of drinking coffee in the morning, although when I was pregnant I drank caffeine free tea (couldn't stand the decaf coffee).

i used to drink 5 + cups a day but I'll go days without now. Nearly always black. Sometimes with artificial sweetener, sometimes with a splash of cold milk. Either french press or espresso.

i drink a lot of tea at home with a spoonful of brown sugar. we don't have a coffee maker and if i'm not working, i prefer tea in the morning. generally my house-mate and i will grab an afternoon coffee at some cafe. used to be all about the espresso but started getting caps just bc they last longer. but i don't like all the dairy.

i prefer black coffee when it's actually brewed but i'm at the mercy of nescafe instant shit that tastes like a headache so i usually add sugar. About 2 cups in the morning at work. they're all about those 3-in-one packets here in asia- instant coffee, sugar, dried milk. i add a spoonful of instant black to give it more of a kick.

i'm thinking of bringing a french press to work for my own personal use.

I used to drink a lot of coffee, which I cut down to no more than one a day, which I cut down to one only before the gym, which I've cut down to not drinking it at all. Same with energy drinks. I had it black.

I still drink tea frequently, usually instead of coffee if I feel like it. I have that black too.

I don't drink coffee but will usually have an iced tea at lunch or a hot green tea in the morning, depending on what shift I work. I will have a soda once or twice a year, usually when I get sick of tea or because of lack of options. I have to watch my caffeine intake because it can really fuck up my medication though so that plays a part in things, too.

I usually drink only one to four cups of (weak-ass) coffee with lots of milk per week, and sometimes green or black tea, although I don't consume anything containing caffeine after 2pm.

Up until two months ago I was up to five to six cups a day, and it seriously messed up my metabolism. I feel a lot better and more energized now.
