I could exercise inside or go to the gym but I already went to work today and I don't feel like it.

Hey anyone remember that olestra shit that was a fat substitute in potato chips originally and it gave people loose stools?

I want to sit on the couch and watch some TV and have some loose stools.

Running really shakes up my bowels, particularly when I haven't run in a long time. Very good for inducing the shit of your lifetime. Maybe if you eat some olestra while you're running you can diarrhea all over the treadmill or street or whatever. If you diarrhea while it's raining, you don't even have to shower, it just rinses off

I don't know...it hurts along the top, sometimes when I put weight on it, and other times it just aches. I've increased my run distance from 8.4 to 10.2kms this last week, and I think it's just the extra stress. I have a bit of pain in my ankle on the inside of my leg as well. I really need new shoes. I didn't go today because I don't want to make it worse. I'll go tomorrow though. I'll go try on the vibrams. My Dad refuses to pay for them because he says why pay to run like you don't have shoes on when you can just run with no shoes on. He also said he has injured the sole of his foot after landing on a small stone. So we'll see how long he lasts.

The last time I had Chipotle I had been drinking gin straight up and ate a whole bowl with double meat. I've never felt worse in my life. The next three days were all about violently shitting every hour, at least, with the most intense abdominal pain. It's sad, but no more Chipotle for me. *sigh*
