i take a multivitamin, fish oil, and probiotics. dont need the individual vitamins

the pills are all pretty huge but i was used to taking handfuls of hydrocodone at once so... no big deal.

emergen-c is pretty good. i like the fizziness of it when used with the recommended 4 - 6 oz. of water. tim will dump his into a giant water bottle and it tastes pretty bad- just like extremely watered down juice. extremely watered down emergen-c. whatever.

i never struggle to fall asleep but i agree taking minerals is the best possible thing. they also seem to keep me from getting sick more than anything else does

the vitamin d deal was 3.99 each with $6/2 and $2/1 coupons. so for 7.98 in product there was $10 in coupons. i got paid to take them. both coupons were unlimited sources - a PDF put out by nature made, and a publix store coupon that you could use as many times as you want. thats why i have so many nature made ones. the sundown ones im limited to the coupons i got in a couple newspapers. im not crazy enough to buy 20 newspapers or whatever
