beef's voice is perfect because its mostly just onstad talking in a monotone without any real pauses
that's basically how i always heard him except replace onstads voice with my own
other people have said that's how they read him so i suspect this will work for most people
ray's voice is a bit much

I don't like it. phillipe is pretty perfect but that's not hard. I don't like Ray's voice at all. just doesn't work. Beef isn't as bad, but it's just off.

the thing is meant to be a comic strip. it's fucking perfect as a comic strip. good for Onstad for trying to get paid or whatever but fuck this shit

yeah man i got a pretty big laugh out of a couple parts, like "you gotta come look at my toilet" and the part when he hits beef and storms off but the set up was too long

the giving birth strip didn't work for me and it falls even flatter on here...

ray's voice isn't really over the top, it's just not very well delivered

beef is right on tho, though i would think that THIS IS SO WACKY should be really one of the few times he just goes nuts

you can't just reenact strips frame for frame

i feel as if i have to hate that just because i liked the originals so much. but the truth is it's pretty well done, roast beef in particular (what graveflower said)
