The reason you two should be concerned is that you shouldn't be so naive to think the President you support isn't as much of a criminal as his predecessor. Not saying its the case, but its a possibility, one a person to be noticed as a critical thinker must consider.

So Petreaus is going to testify but its not open to the public and perhaps not even under oath.

The purpose of the testimony is on Benghazi and Petreaus has questions to answer that could make it very difficult for the President on this issue.


Petreaus I believe has claimed he never gave a stand down order. But someone did. If it didn't come from the CIA head, it could only could have come from above him and that doesn't leave too many people (hillary, barry to name two).


Hillary is claiming a scheduling conflict that doesn't allow her to testify as she is in Australia where Panetta made an unexpected trip to just last night.


If we had a real congress they would whip up all these characters, put 'em under other oath and have them testify in public to get to the bottom of why 4 Americans got killed in Benghazi. Little chance of that, that place has been neutered for quite some time now.

There's also the speech Broadwell gave hinting there were prisoners detained. That would mean the CIA presumably, and as we know, Obama said that stuff and the torture at the secret spots was supposed to get all shut down.


It's also fair to bring in the affair to ask Petreaus if he was compromised at all by it by reporting it was the Youtube video that was the motive for the spontaneous attacks. Officials changed that to a terrorist attack more than a week later.

and I haven't even brought up Holder yet and what he knew and when he knew it as that would give clarity to what the President has been doing and on what information he was working on.

His answer to the Holder questions have been, "they have their own protocol" when it comes to giving sensitive info to him. Wow. what a leader.

But you know, maybe, just maybe, Obama is stalling on all this because he has to. And like a 24 episode where Central Command can't figure out if Jack Bauer is friend or foe, all it can take is one slice of information to flip the perception.





Of course they knew. But keeping it all secret may have been necessary. all I'm sayin...



The thing about all this is that the R's and the Right are on the mark to the specifics of Obama's fumbling on Benghazi, but what they don't (want to) understand is the entire scene may have been agitated by the Neo-Cons. That includes the honey trap Broadwell because Petreaus needed to be compromised to play along.

Petreaus claimed in a briefing in 2010 that Israel was hurting American Foreign policy in the region. Obama put him at the head of the CIA shortly thereafter.

So I have to give Obama the benefit of the doubt, because the entire thing is that murky and difficult to filter what exactly is going on. For certain, the Neo-Cons along with Bibi do not want to wait another 4 years on Iran with Obama at the helm. If Obama has the moxy to take on that crowd and prevent WWIII, more power to him. (Let one beast slay the other)

That's why Romney sucked the Neo-Cons dick and gave the reach around to Netanyahu re: Iran during the campaign.

But Obama wins. He and his forces keep the Patreaus affair under wraps until after the election when the Neo-Cons planned on it going public before Nov. 6. But the message is clear to Obama and gang: pay and obey, or else. Get on the Israeli bus for war or at least as much as your base will allow.


With Egypt saying today they will back Hamas if Israel keeps bombing, Obama will be in a very tough spot very soon.

if you look at the timeline though the first six attacks were due to the holdover of clinton's foreign policies. the next two were because of democrats winning congress and withholding aid to troops, and the last four were around the time obama began his apology tour during his campaign and that signaled that we were vulnerable to attack
