I'm anxious and emotional because this place has been brought to a standstill and I'm lonely.

yeah it's back to business as usual tomorrow in the DC area, and I am looking forward to it. I have been going stir-crazy from not being able to leave the house, no one around, loneliness, etc. I have been having trouble sleeping at night and then sleeping all day, and I've been getting anxious about all sorts of unrelated shit

That's a relief rbg. I keep hearing/seeing snippets of news updates and I don't know how bad it's supposed to be or when things are going to subside again.

I feel anxious because I'm so hungover. I would have had the problems with boredom and loneliness too... so that's why I brought some stuff over to my friends' and proceeded to have an epic 3-day bender. Felt like senior week of college. But now I am paying the price.

I would prescribe tea, biscuits and aspirin but most guys I know would encourage the consumption of bacon and eggs. Glad you had company...

Eh not really. We'll get it repaired and windows replaced as soon as we can and live life like it never happened. Minor in convince in the scheme of things, especially when you see the devastation on the NJ coast, Rockaway and Long Island.

i didnt experience this feeling for so long when i was alone and now that im in the world more but still dont have a lot of meaningful personal relationships i feel it more
