Oh go eat a cheeseburger already, unsweetened peanut butter is incredible. Well if the nuts are fresh and it's freshly made. I mean yeah if you take the sugar out of that sweetened stuff I'm sure it is pretty ghastly. That's probably part of why they sweeten it in the first place.

I actually don't like that stuff, it's too stiff and thick. I like mine to be nearly runny, like cold molasses or something. I'm obsessed, I eat it every day. I skimp on a lot of things with our grocery shopping but I can't buy cheap peanut butter. And I've learned to go without sugar and bread every day but I can't get by without peanut butter.

I don't know how I will ever lose enough weight to run a half marathon. I'm just addicted to fat. Healthy fat, nut and seed fats and olive oil and oily fish. And dairy fat, butter, cream, cheese. I think I would rather eat a tablespoon of butter with some breadcrumbs sprinkled on top than a whole piece of toast with only a teaspoon of butter spread over it. My arteries are doomed.

i'll eat any of it but i do love that smooth sugar ish. i eat so much pbj sandwiches at work bc we always have it stocked for the guests and it's easy and free 24/7

Jif Creamy is the best of the sweet refined kind
Woodstock Farms Crunchy Unsalted is the best of the fancy whole foods kind
