That's an absurd amount of winking...I got winked at a few months ago by a guy working at a discount store and not since then.

Nobody has ever winked at me to flirt with me.

the thing is i've been flirted with by winking and i think i can tell the difference between a friendly wink and flirting wink but maybe i just see what i want to see. but i seriously do get winked at a lot

there was this one woman once in the psych hospital who i was actually like smitten with and she would wink at me and it was pretty cool. but she was in a relationship or whatever so i was basically just setting myself up for disappointment which did happen. plus she was like 40 and lived in nashville so yeah. psych hospital relationships are doomed but what can i say

and then the last time i was in the hospital, it was co-ed and three different guys tried to get with me and one of them was like 7 feet tall and kept winking and making kiss-y faces at me. one of them i was just like hanging out with because we were both sane and whatever and he got the wrong idea. and then the last one was a schizo who kept slipping into his paranoid mode where he related his life to comic book characters and like cartoons and thought he was like living out scripts from them or something. he was an interesting schizo, it's funny how it all sort of makes sense in context but the original perception is batshit crazy

wait actually there were four. there was this one guy who just straight up asked me if i wanted to meet him at a hotel when we got out and kept on bringing it up periodically like "c'mon, do it" like he was asking him to sneak him some cigarettes or something totally benign like that. i was there for like three weeks so they mostly overlapped but i dont know if any of them realized what they all were doing or not.

uh but back to winking. do you guys ever wink at people?

Yeah I was hit on by a woman. She was awesome but sick. We both were. She saw my boyfriend come visit me every day and would get very close to him, too. I think she almost wanted a threesome or something. She was really messed up but sexy and so funny. It was a coed ward but the only guy who hit on me was about fifty and he ran his hand up my front from my navel to between my breasts and said "that's my tongue....and it will turn you on" and he snapped his fingers "like that". And to my surprise I actually felt a little turned on. I think it was his confidence.

oh wait there was another dude! this guy was the first one. he was narcissistic, diagnosed NPD and bipolar and he said he wanted to start a band with me and name our album kidnapped ...

he was typical ask you all sorts of questions to get a read on your personality and then have the "same" opinions as you so you think you're like soul mates or some shit but i realized it pretty quickly so nothing happened there. he was in the "low functioning" group when they split up groups (probably for just being disruptive, basically that group had people too sick to comprehend anything well and "troublemakers"), but he would sneak into my group sometimes and it invariably turned into all about him and his problem with the topic and im pretty sure he just did it to be around me. he was the only one i'd call legitimately creepy. he was cute tho. he reminded me of my psychopathic former boyfriend, the way he spoke mostly

one time this guy kept switching between just chillin' hallucinating and getting angry and trying to step to me saying "jess, you stole my money, where's the money, where's my fucking money". i kept having to leave the room and come back in a few minutes and he was fine again for 30 minutes or so

when he became sane again a few days later i asked him who jess was and it was his daughter but he had no idea where the money thing came from

we had a compulsive liar once. he even admitted eventually to being a compulsive liar and that he just couldn't help himself. people started getting mad at him. he asked me if i wanted to do roxies with him when we got out and i said i was staying clean and he said "no one ever really gets clean. we just take breaks by coming inpatient". been clean ever since then :P
